Shop Our Farm
Our NEW Farm Stand is located on Highway 11 (1204 E. First Street) in Hughes Springs, Texas, and is open Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays from 10 am to 7 pm. Also, find us seasonally at the downtown Texarkana Farmer's Market and the Jefferson Farmer's Market.
Our Raw Honey
Talk about fresh and local: we pull honey from our treatment-free hives in early June and late October and typically sell it within 48 hours of harvesting. Because our honey is raw, unheated, and goes from bee to bottle within 12 hours, it is in high demand.

Our Fresh Eggs
Our free range chickens happily forage and feed on grass, seeds and bugs. They also enjoy garden scraps and USDA certified organic feed. We sell fresh eggs Wednesday through Saturday at our Farm Stand. Looking for hatching eggs? We also sell those seasonally. Email us for information: hello@balmandhoneyfarm.com.
